When can I order photos?

You can order using our QR code or through the website order page at anytime. You do not need to sign up before the event. We photograph every gymnast, so you can place your order after the event. Ordering will stay open through the event and up to two weeks after.

When should I expect to receive the photos?

Gold Medal is committed to providing high quality images within a reasonable time period. In most cases you should receive your photos about 1-3 weeks after competition day.

How many photos will I receive?

You will receive all viable images from your athlete’s routine.  The actual number of photos you receive will vary depending on the level and length of the routine. We include smiling faces, hugging coaches and teammates, as well as great action shots. All images are sent in digital format by email.

What if the event I would like to order from was more than two weeks ago?

Our prices increase 2 weeks after the event. You can still order photos from past events, but at the higher rate.

What happens if you did not photograph my athlete, or if my athlete missed the meet?

Gold Medal is committed to photographing each and every athlete at our events. If your athlete misses the meet for any reason, you will receive a full refund. It is not common, but there are times when circumstances cause us to miss a routine: a coach inadvertently blocks us, cameras malfunction, or other worst-case scenarios. In these rare cases we will offer a full refund. We hope we can photograph your gymnast at the next meet!

Can I hire Gold Medal to photograph my team at a meet not listed on your site?

Yes! Your team can hire us to shoot just your gym’s athletes at a competition that is not on our calendar. This specialized package means we can shoot athletes on multiple apparatus but also requires pre-ordering from a minimum number of athletes. Call or email us and we can discuss!

Can I use these images on my Instagram and other social accounts?

Absolutely! These photos are a great way to show off your hard work and your pride in your gymnasts’ commitment to this beautiful sport. We love a photo credit, and please tag us @GoldMedalGymPhotos
